Last updated: 29 June 2026

This policy explains what personal data is collected when you visit nika1-yacht.com, how it is used, and what rights you have over it.

For privacy-related enquiries: [email protected]

1. What we collect

We collect personal data in two ways:

  • Contact form submissions — when you submit your name and email through our enquiry modal, that data is sent to Formspree (a third-party form processor) and forwarded to us by email. We use it solely to respond to your charter enquiry.
  • Analytics data — if you consent to cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects data about your visit: pages viewed, time on site, approximate location (country/city level), device type, and how you found the site. This data is anonymous and used only to improve the website.

2. Legal basis

  • Enquiry submissions — legitimate interest (responding to a business enquiry you initiated).
  • Analytics cookies — consent. You will be asked before any analytics cookies are set. You can decline and the site will function normally.

3. Third-party processors

  • Formspree — receives form submission data (name, email). Formspree Privacy Policy
  • Google Analytics 4 — processes analytics data if you accept cookies. Data may be processed in the United States under Google's standard contractual clauses. Google Privacy Policy
  • Cloudflare — provides hosting and DNS for this site. Cloudflare processes server logs in the normal course of routing traffic. Cloudflare Privacy Policy

4. How long we keep data

  • Enquiry emails — kept until the enquiry is resolved or no longer relevant, then deleted.
  • Analytics data — retained for 14 months per Google Analytics default settings.

5. Your rights

If you want us to delete any personal data you submitted (name, email from the enquiry form), email [email protected] and we will remove it. To opt out of analytics, decline cookies on your next visit or clear this site's data in your browser settings.

6. Cookies

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets cookies on your device to track sessions and distinguish users. No other cookies are set by this site. You can manage or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings.

Your cookie preference is stored in your browser's localStorage under the key nika_cookie_consent. Clearing site data in your browser resets it.

7. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
